We have been lobbying for better heating and facilities and have given the group £300 emergency cash from our cllrs pot to buy new mats for the children.

">video 20 : Rev Robert Chapman shows us the improvements recently made at St Georges Church in Netherfield. We were able to put £1000 from our small pot towards the works. In total £20,000 was raised to improve the church.
">video 19 : Mr McKnight of Beech Avenue Netherfield has been trying to get the area behind his home cleared of fly tipping and overgrown shrubbery. The job has never been completed to a decent standard. He has contacted the Leader of Conservative controlled Gedling Borough Council by letter and email but has had no reply. We are going to publicise this poor service until the job is done properly.

James, Barbara and John at Pirate night in Netherfield. Young people from the area helped cook a lovely meal for local senior citizens and family and friends. A great night was had by all.

Mrs Parten of Coronation Walk Cllr John Clarke, Mr Elwood of Coronation Walk and Cllr O'Riordan next to the new path near Coronation Walk/Stoke Lane. Mr Elwood contacted us saying there was a problem with a very muddy green area. We put a bid in to the County Council to get something done.
